♡ Orders are processed and shipped within 1-14 days from the date of order (depending on the volume of orders), excluding weekends and Belgian holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details if you chose Tracked shipping at checkout.
♡ Shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose and in which country you live.
♡ Ensure your shipping address is accurate; refunds for inaccurate addresses aren’t guaranteed.

♡ As shipping costs are expensive, I offer three and sometimes even four different options:
Option 1 Express/Standard Shipping with tracking: This includes full tracking and is the fastest option available. I highly recommend you choose this option on more expensive orders as I will not be held accountable for lost packages. If the price is a little too high for you, you can always order together with a friend to split the shipping costs.
Option 2 Pick-up point with tracking: Let your packge be delivered to a local delivery point near you. If you have preference for a pick up location, please write it in a note with your order!
Option 3 Standard Shipping (No Tracking): NO tracking is provided with this option! The items will be sent in a flat A5 Cardboard mailer using stamps, This is the cheapest option for ordering prints, bookmarks, acrylic stands etc. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two months to arrive in some countries!
Option 4 Standard Shipping Envelope (No Tracking): NO tracking is provided with this option! The items will be sent in an envelope using stamps. This is the cheapest option for ordering stickers and 1-2 keychains. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two months to arrive in some countries!
♡ Shiroyuki is not liable for any products which get lost or damaged during shipping. You are always welcome to contact me but a refund is not guaranteed.

♡ Buyers handle customs, and import taxes; I am not responsible for customs delays.
